"The property meets basic requirements but could be better with some upgrading. The toilet amenities can be improved. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast variety can be better. Good location as it is walking distance to KSL. "

"I’ve stayed here countless times. 1 key reason is the location. Other reasons would be the staff especially the doormen/ security- always willing to help with the luggages/ opening the door. This time I came with my elderly mother and the doorman instantly assisted us with our luggages and offered a wheelchair. Also the receptionist (i think his name is Jay) was friendly and warm. I was also impressed with the Ramadhan suhoor buffet spread with the variety of dishes despite being so early in the morning (430am!). I noticed this round the room doesn’t come with hand towels (??). We ended up wiping out hands on paper towels (which doesn’t align with the hotel’s green efforts!). The housekeeping team also missed out on cleaning our room. But I managed to sort it out in the evening when I ran into one of the housekeepers. Despite all the minor hiccups, I would still highly recommend this hotel. "

"Stayed here for the 3rd time with my family. Still as impressive, staffs were super welcoming and helpful. However, this time round we have found the cleanliness in the room to have declined. We found a biscuit wrapper that does not belong to us on the bed. Which means that the bedsheets were not changed after the previous customers had left. During house keeping, for the bathroom only the floor mat was changed. Sinks and toilet were not scrubbed. Also to note that it would be good to brief staff not to discard travel sized amenities because my facial wash was discarded 😅 "

"Room is a little dark but view is fantastic. Had to change room because the air conditioning is not working."

"Clean, new property, free karaoke at level 12, one of the mic is faulty and toilet is not ready still under Reno. Apartment lack of power point for charging. Overall still satisfied with the property."
