"Aircon in all rooms did not come on at all when we first check in. Had to wait 2 hours and even call maintenance before aircon came on. Aircon was also intermittent throughout the night. Property is very nice and clean though."

"5th time staying. But seems to be better now with new management. Gd service and and food. This hotel is above the rest because of serenity, class and amenities ie restaurants and local shopping. Well done renaissance jb! Ps only advice is to look at centralised aircon which could be difficult to expect at times "
