"The property is unique as the place is clean and amenities are good. Though check-in was at 4pm, but we didn't check-in till around 10pm after the unexpected deposit was made. Exhausted as we were, a good rest in the night was much needed. BUT we have to check-out at 11am the next day let alone a string of do's and don'ts to be carried out to ensure a safe return of the deposit! Nice place with a very rigid requirements that made the stay feel restricted."

"Location wasn’t convenient - there was only a small mini-mart at 5th floor, function room cafe isn’t open, nothing to see or eat within walking distance. Apartment seemed a bit old and had a slight musty smell upon entering the unit, power sockets weren’t conveniently located, TV reception was terrible and both TVs were small and not-smart (ie stream services not available/connectable). "Excellent serucity staffs and terrible owner. due to iwner did not give info, I was stuck at entrance for 1.5hrs in 35 degrees environment. no respond with chatting, phone calling. Hotels.com neither help anything. The secirity staff tried hard to contact the owner. In the end I could enter.. Otherwise I could not. in the end, the owner gave message made by AI."
