"Clean and great staff "

"We stayed as a couple for 12 - 14th of May. As it was approaching a long weekend, we understand that the crowd surges and response time from staff may be lacking as compared to off peak times. Having said that, check in was a very pleasant experience - i called ahead to request a room near the lift as my husband finds it difficult to walk long distances. I also requested for early check-in as we were checking out from Westin. To our immense pleasure, both requests were granted. Thank you reservation and reception crew! Your F&B crew also deserve commendation - Nigel was superb when we were renting the Hard Rock Cabana in the water theme park. He gladly provided extra drinking water and even threw in some fresh fruits and snacks. Alex the executive chef was amongst the serving crew during the very busy saturday morning buffet breakfast. Seeing an executive chef in the dining area helping out and checking on guests is amazing. Nevertheless, he still found time to ask for & listen to honest feedback on how to improve the menu & to whip me up a yummy dish - muaks! The GMT 8 bar & the live band is what Hard Rock is all about - they certainly added to the magic of Hard Rock. The only gripe i have is your car park - please please do consider having a covered car park All in, kudos to the whole team for making this a memorable stay for us"
