"Super duper inconvinient. I saw cockroaches in my room. All facilities are lack of maintenance (wifi, water heater, tv,etc). Air conditioner looks dirty"

"When book price was rm60. And paid for it. Once reach hotel, receptionist asking for another rm38. And ask to claim back from apps provider. It’s was midnight and need chat with CS. And still don’t know when can get the refund. Room condition is not maintained well. Floor sticky. Shower pipe broken. Sink tab broken."

"Guy on the desk was very helpful and he does a good job, however the hotel doesn't accept credit cards so they asked me to walk 5 minutes on the side of the motorway to an ATM. Bed sheets also not very clean and had multiple stains. Wifi didn't work in the morning. "

"We just wanted somewhere to sleep on the way to Hong Kong from Delhi. This was so much more than this! Free shuttle from the airport, HUGE room, the pool was so refreshing. Staff really accommodating and gave us late check out. We included breakfast in our stay too. This hotel was such value for money. We are just heading back on the free return airport shuttle after a fresh juice and iced coffee at the cafe."
