"This was by far one of the dirtiest and most unpleasant hotels we’ve ever stayed in. We booked it based on the 9.0 rating but shocked to see the poor hotel & room condition. We booked a room for 6 people but were given a room meant for 4. When we raised this with the owner, he suggested that two kids could simply sleep on the floor since they had no rollaway beds or even extra comforters available. "i loved it sooo much! my husband and daughter also loved the room spaciousness and the bed. Literally near to pasar siti khadijah, and on friday have morning market at the back of apartment, awesome!!! quite near also to wakaf che yeh (take around 15 min by car) recommended and will choose this apartment again in future holiday.. 😍😍"

"Location is ok but overall I wouldn't come here again. Owner doesn't meet the guests. House is not used for quite long so furniture is dusty and porch is not swept (had to do it myself). Kitchen and bathrooms are not clean. Water pressure is low and no water supply in the hoses in the bathrooms. Washing machine is dirty and the kitchen floor is sticky. The lower kitchen cabinets have lots of broken cement and sand(apparently from a an incomplete work). The dish rack in the kitchen is rusty....

"This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! Bed comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly. Food exceptional! The Billion Mall is connected so you don’t even need to leave the building to shop for fresh foods, clothing, electronics or sweet treats. There is a bowling alley on the fourth floor which was really fun as well. Really enjoyed this hotel. Be aware that there is no airport shuttle as the website advertises though, however the staff will arrange a taxi, make sure to have cash to pay the taxi if you choose that route. We ended up just doing Grab instead. Don’t expect a mini bar or soft drinks as advertised either. Lighting the room is a bit tricky, but once you figure it out the room lighting is great. "
