No courtesy, no words, no strong gesture to make us feel that they wanted to give us a welcoming signal."

I tried contacting the agent and was told to just “wait” with no clear update. It’s been days now. I’ve checked my mailbox and refund status—nothing. The communication is incredibly slow, and nobody seems to take responsibility. This whole situation wasted my time and disrupted my travel plans. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
