"Had the most incredible birthday stay here with my boyfriend. Carlos and Virginia felt like family by the end of the trip, greeting us every night and morning with warmth and hospitality. Breakfast everyday was delicious and fresh! Had an amazing massage, spent time by the pool, unwound in the coziest rooms at night. Cant recommend more- the location was a 5-10 minute drive from downtown Tamarindo- we were so glad we were just outside of the bustling town, but close enough to every restaurant and beach we wanted. Missing our home away from home!! And shoutout to the sweetest pup- Charlie!! His sweet smile and licks were the best way to start every day."

"Wow, this place is on another level. I have never had such amazing service, food and surroundings. Arno is there to make sure every need is met. He is so knowledgeable and friendly. He helped guide to several things that are a must in the area. Emma is also fantastic. It was so nice to see her friendly face every morning and learn about her and the culture. The breakfast here, hands down, is the best I've had on any vacation. It's not your typical hotel breakfast. The chef makes everything homemade and puts so much time and attention into what she makes. She also does private dinners during the week (not every night) and breakfast—the first day made us really want to do the dinner experience. We did that on our last night and it was the most amazing meal; my husband and I will never forget it. If it's something you can afford, I highly recommend that experience—you will not regret it."

"The place was very nice. They also have a separate piece of property across the street which gives you access to the bench and the main road for shopping.. The only down side was, the mattress was very stiff.. Had to ask foe a topper.. They need better mattresses.. "
