"The place was not functioning. It was closed. Nobody opened the door. We waited 35 minutes outside. No answer. We were left to find a new spot on a Saturday at 9 pm with 2 children. The 2 hours later they replied "sorry, your room is ready now", and when we told them we had to find an Airbnb and we needed a refund, they quit answering. Irresponsible and unethical. Stay away"

"It's like stepping into the past when climbing up to the lobby. Fine woodworking abound. The customer service was exceptional, and they were accommodating with our luggage since our departure was for mid afternoon. We enjoyed the small livingroom with views of the landscape."
