"Todo excelente,no necesite servicio pero todo estaba muy limpio y bonito,me gusto mucho,lo único que no me gusto mucho y por el cual no di las 5 estrellas,es que deberian dejar también que las personas estacionen sus propios Carros,el valet Parking no está mal pero no me gusta que sea obligado,se siente frustrante que por 5 o 10 minuto haya que estar dando llave y mandando sms y Esperando el sms para recoger el carro es bien tedioso. Por el resto todo exelente"

"This was by far the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The carpet in our room had clearly not been properly cleaned—after walking barefoot on the first night, my son’s feet were completely black. Even after housekeeping visited, the carpet was never vacuumed and still had visible crumbs. Housekeeping itself was extremely minimal, limited to just making the bed and cleaning the bathroom. It did not meet even basic expectations for a comfortable stay. Another major issue was the so-called “high-speed” internet, which was incredibly slow. When we asked about it, staff explained that it slows down when many guests are using it. This made it difficult to rely on for anything important and added to the overall frustration. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. We will not be returning and would not recommend this hotel to others."

"O café da manhã completo com frutas, limpeza e o atendimento dos funcionários excelente. Doraty e demais funcionários da recepção foram super cordiais. O translado para o shopping, aeroporto muito pontual. Super indico!!"

"Worst breakfast ever at a Hilton property,very limited choice of eggs. Water for tea not hot enough , fruit not really great. Do not like open bathroom in room and light from socket. Good access to Dolphin Mall. Very good taxi driver to airport"

"I didn’t wake up in time to enjoy the breakfast that was served, but it was at a cost for $8/person. The room was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The staff was amazing and personable. Check in was quick and easy. I will definitely stay here again. "

"The room was clean, we did have have issue with the shower and toilet, but we reported it and they apologize for the inconvenience. We only book for one day , breakfast was great, lots of selection to choose from. Parking was good., overall it was nice , btw the bed was super comfortable."

"I’ve stayed at Courtyard by Marriott Miami at Dolphin Mall multiple times over the years. While the staff has consistently been excellent, always friendly, helpful, and accommodating, especially with early check-in, the property itself has seen little to no upgrades. The rooms and bathrooms feel outdated and could benefit from renovation. Service remains a strong point, but the interior does not reflect the same standard."
