"Our room was clean and the bathroom was nice. The shower was excellent and I like having a higher toilet with an elongated bowl. The bed was a bit soft but I find that everywhere. The breakfast was good as well as the bar. The staff was very nice and supplied everything I needed. I would stay here again."

"Staff was excellent & the room was comfortable and clean. However, we stayed on a Saturday night before departing SJC & the following Saturday upon a late return. I know this is difficult for the hotel to control, but the noise levels were ridiculous from other rooms, even past 2AM. It would be nice if people showed courtesy to fellow travelers & followed the hotels quiet hour policy. It is very convenient to the airport, but don’t expect to get a restful nights sleep."

"Michelle was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond. My daughter was running the half marathon and she needed to pick up her credentials by 2p. We were going to miss the cutoff. Michelle graciously offered to pick up the packet/credentials so that’s we had it upon check in. 🙏"
