"The sofa in our suite was impossibly boxy and hard, but we loved our balcony and view. Housekeeping was exceptional. Be aware that the boardwalk around the lake may still be closed as a result of last year’s hurricanes. This natural area doesn’t belong to the hotel. Guest service was gracious but spotty. We requested a luggage rack that never came and at checkout no one asked about our stay. "
