Overall we had a perfect stay. The hotel's own pool and beach area are undergoing maintenance at the moment. The hotel is off the main drag but provides transport to Guam Premier Outlets. I would look into adding a Tumor shuttle if I was management.

The deluxe ocean view room was rly spacious and we had a quiet corner all to ourselves. Only thing was that the outlet next to the TV was not working but other than that we had a great experience

The room was fine. The bed, bathroom and balcony were all good. It was the cleanliness of the carpets in the room that were questionable. I instantly felt something was off when I put my bare foot on it. I had my 1yo son, and I did not want him crawl on that carpet.

施設はオンワード時代からほぼそのまま、古き良きリゾートホテルという感じでした。部屋が広くファミリーには快適。洗濯機、冷蔵庫なども便利。5歳と0歳連れで、プールもビーチも思い切り楽しめました。朝食も豊富で離乳食になる豆腐やヨーグルト、そうめん、バナナなど助かりました。 ビーチ施設の工事が終わったら再訪したいです！

総合的にはかなりお薦めできる良いホテルです 特に小さいお子様のいる家族には楽しい思い出になるのは間違いありません。ホテルスタッフのホスピタリティパワーは最強と言えます。 多少細かく良い点悪い点を言いますと、シャワー水圧は弱かったです。温度もぬるくなったり熱くなったりで焦りました。シャンプーリンスボディソープは良くないです。好みはありますのでご参加までに。 また駐車場の案内もよくわかりません。地下駐車場なのですが案内板もわかりづらいです。一度理解できれば便利なのでぜひ案内板など改善して欲しいです。 ひょっこりひょうたん島は歩いて行けます。干潮時刻をネットで調べてぜひトライしてみてはいかがでしょうか。個人的には思い出に残る小冒険になりました。 そして最大級に絶賛したいのはウォーターパークのアクティビティスタッフ達です。ホスピタリティ最大で楽しませてくれます。特に小さなお子様はとことん遊んでくれます。波のプールでサーフィンかボディボードをトライしてみて欲しいです。とことん楽しませてくれます。 グアムは三度目でしたが星野リゾートグアムにはまた来たいと思いました。

工事中なので、この点数です。ビーチへのアプローチ、ビーチの環境など、工事終了後が楽しみです。 プールは、どこのゾーンも子供と一緒に楽しめました。プール内のトイレブースの鍵がかからず困りました。 朝食は、3泊ともメニューが代わり、サラダなどの定番もキープされて美味しく頂きました。スタッフの皆さんの笑顔が何よりもハッピーな雰囲気で弱かったです。 室内のハンドタオルの、予備が欲しい。 バスタオルの黒ずみが気になりました。 また、行きたいです。

運転が出来ない方だと不便かもしれませんタモン市内では無いので。 タワー棟に宿泊したのですがシャワーとトイレの水流が弱い。 部屋のすみにホコリがたまってた。 アメニティが4人分ではなく一人用？か2人用しかなく歯ブラシも無かったタオルやバスマットも無い日があります笑 フロントに行って伝えると歯ブラシもアメニティも頂けますのでおおらかに何か必要な物が無い置いてあるべき物が無い時はフロントに連絡して解決する必要があります笑 それもグアムのおおらかな良いところだと私達は思っているので不快ではありません。 ホテルのビーチは工事中で1度敷地外に出て行く必要があります。 透明度は決して良い方では無いのでお魚は出会えませんでした。 タモン市内のイパオビーチかいずれかに行く方がお魚はたくさん見れます！ 私達はこのホテルのベランダから見える景色が大好きなので他のホテルやTower棟以外の宿泊は考えられません！そのくらい大好きなホテルです(^^)/ リーフもデシュッドもWESTINも利用しましたが、ハガニア湾の方が景色も環境も私達は好きです。 ショッピングには不向きですが、ゆったり滞在したい方には合うと思います。

毎年利用させて頂いております。 良い意味で日本と比べてプールは人も少なく、非常に伸び伸びして楽しめます。 火曜日、木曜日、日曜日の夜にプールでチャモロ料理を振る舞ってくれるイベントもあり、満足度が高いです。 歩いて行ける距離にペイレスマーケットというスーパーもありますが、レンタカーで行くと駐車場も沢山あるし、周辺への移動が非常に楽で行動範囲が広がって更に良いと思います。
