"There was no breakfast available. The restaurant was closed. They ad prepackaged cereal bowls for sale -but no milk! They did, however have bottled beer available along with the cereal!!!!! The carpeting was so filthy that my shoes made "tacky" noises when I walked across my room. The upholstery on the chair in my room was literally torn off! This place is a DUMP! Even the parking lot was in disrepair and garbage all over the place! Do not ever send another Travelocity member to this place !!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"I travelled with other friends and they mentioned to the staff as well as the manager that they room was not cleaned when the arrived and they had to clean it themselves.I had a issue also with my door key not working we both felt that customer care was lacking."

"Extremely clean room and bathroom. Spacious room, nice kitchenette with large fridge and stove. Within walking distance of stores and restaurants. Checked in very late, used phone in lobby as instructed, staff came over before I had time to hang up the phone. Very happy with our stay."
