She kindly upgraded our room to one with a beautiful view, and throughout our stay she continued to check on us to make sure everything was perfect and that we had everything we needed. She also gave us wonderful recommendations and helpful advice that made our time in Tangier even more enjoyable. What touched us the most was not only her professionalism, but her genuine warmth and kindness. She made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. We would also like to thank the entire reservations team. Every member of the team was friendly, helpful, and exceptionally welcoming throughout our week at the hotel.
