"I was travelling with a pet for a one-night stay. I booked through Expedia. The listing stated that the hotel was pet friendly, but did not state that there was an additional $25.00 pet fee per night. I found this out from the clerk who checked me in. I was not happy about that, but I paid it. The grounds were not great for pets. There was not much grassy area for pet bathroom breaks and no bags available to pick up pet waste. The side entrance nearest to my room did not open with the key card, making it not functional. The ice machines were not working on the 2nd and 3rd floor, which left only two ice machines for the entire hotel. There were people in the parking lot smoking marajuana outside of their car in plain sight. The hotel looked nice from the outside. The room was fine. The common areas were not air conditioned. Will not stay here again."

"This property will be my “go to” hotel whenever I visit Clemmons (to go to Break Time for a Billiards tournament) and need to stay overnight. The hotel is exceptionally clean. The bed is surprisingly comfortable. The property is quiet and conveniently located close to entertainment, food, and shopping. Plenty of food at the breakfast buffet, and the quality/taste was much better than I had expected. My only complaint about the breakfast is that we weren’t allowed to bring it to the room. Sadly, the lack of available USB & USBC ports/outlets in the room was frustrating. My block died in the middle of the night, so my phone lost battery. Most hotels as of late have them. This hotel should consider having a jack in the room. The front desk staff were pleasant/nice, but not exceptional. I hope to be back next June. All that said, this is the best hotel in the area. Highly recommend."

"Property is nice it's a good location to stay but they could clean up the pool area better and wipe things down and clean the pool. And we've asked several times when they clean their room to refill our shower soap and vacuum which they did not."
