thank you for your kind information, first of all on behalf of the management team members we would like to thank you for staying with us. At this stage Belitung Island is on progress to improve our tourism, and one of the important thing is to have a good communication in English. we will keep practice our staff and make sure to have a good communication between guest and staff. about the rubbish you mean is actually grass that has been cut by our gardener, and they burn it so it didn't pile up. However this is a very valuable input for us, we will try our best to make sure that it will not happen again. once again thank you for staying with us.
