Bed comfortable, pillows provided one soft and one hard v gd. Breakfast is wide spread, fruits, eggs, noodles and rice. The hotel has very strict policy on check-in time.

Comfortable,convenient,clean,great value hotel

The hotel is very convenient to various locations(ferry terminal, markets,eateries,etc). Massage is a cab ride way.Hotel is comfortable, clean, and has all the necessary amenities , except refridgerator and safe box in room. Would recommend this hotel for a few days stay in Tanjung Pinang.

The hotel is conveniently located in walking distance from the Ferry Terminal. The hotel is clean and modern designed The rooftop bar has an amazing view. Across the road there is a cafe where its very chill and had goos food too. 2 24-hours pharmacy is a stone throw away and its adjacent to Jln Merdeka where ther locals go to shop, do marketing and find food.

Convenient and new hotel in Tanjung Pinang

The hotel is newly renovated and is clean and bright with comfortable beds. It is a only a short distance from the ferry terminal and many small eateries. The hotel provides free transport to nearby places in the city centre. The driver, Ade, was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again! Only thing is if you could improve the variety at the breakfast buffet? The porridge was also cold (maybe you can put it in a constantly heated soup bowl).

The room is newly renovated but the Toilet has bad smell that come in to the room. The location is not too far from the Ferry terminal. The breakfast area is comfortable but the foods quality and variety need to be improved.

My friend room door at mid night sudden open and hotel very bad service to handle it. Hotel very noisy at surronding.

Not recommended - too noisy! Service not good!

Surrounding noisy starts early daily plus nearby rooster nonstop from 4.30am, disturb sleep. Hotel newly renovated but security card access to lift havent activated. Walk way so dark even at 10.30am so they hv to open the window and who knows someone might climb in! Took lift up to level then hv to lift up luggage walk down staircase around 25steps, breakfast no good. Service is lousy, hv one issue but the mgr was so rude, the staff was ok. Tried the highest price inhouse massage but not didnt cover some parts of body, the body scrub substance dropped all over room, made a mess. Nothing to eat nearby. I will not recommend this hotel

Newly renovated hotel!

This hotel has just been renovated, hence it looks very modern, new and clean! The staff is very helpful and accommodative! There are some shops around the area, but I think it is better to hire a car to go out.

Breakfast buffet was very bad as there was not much food varieties and also it was not replenished when it was finished as when I came there for breakfast most of it was finished and just couldn’t make it .
