Staff service is good. Free ferry transport to and fro hotel is very convenient. Hotel toilets need refurbish. Restaurant's food is excellent! Overall value for money.

Free Shuttle Not Arranged
The hotel supposed to arrange free shuttle from ferry terminal but was not in time upon arrival. So they arranged a taxi to send us instead.
