After one night stayed. These were the faults as mentioned below.
1) TV channels all down.
I called up to the front counter to feedback this TV channels all down issue. They said this issue will be solved in 4 hours time. True enough after I came back from my dinner the TV channels all resumed back.
2) Bedsheet has blood stains. They never replace it after we have given the room. We called the housekeeper to feedback the issue. The housekeeper in charge send one guy to replace issued Bedsheet with new Bedsheet. Issue solved.
Their staffs are friendly.

slightly dated facilities and food was sub par. going anywhere out of the resort requires a 30 minute drive on average. overall decent for a short stay but nothing too fancy. montigo resort was next door (about 10 min drive) which was good so we could visit their beach club and other facilities easily.

Bed comfortable, pillows provided one soft and one hard v gd. Breakfast is wide spread, fruits, eggs, noodles and rice. The hotel has very strict policy on check-in time.
