"When we checked in, the room it was dirty bathroom smelled like urine. There a guy creeping around the cars, and the staff tried to come in my room early before check out. Location was good just everything else was not so great. "

"The staff is nice and friendly. They decorate doors and give cards for special occasions.
The rooms are tastefully decorated.
They listen and are prompt in their responses to concerns.
My only concern is that housekeeping needs to be as concerned as general staff.
If something is broken report it. If something needs cleaning report it.
Guests should not have to see those things that can easily be repaired during turnover. "
