Staff was so friendly and accommodating. Rooms were comfortable. Coffee bar was well stocked. Parking was a bit of a snafu, It's very small and had to go to a lot maybe 5 minutes walk away. Not a big deal by second day we were able to park in their downstairs lot. Everything was great.

Overall experienced was nice. The bathroom though has a weird smell and we had to asked the front desk 3 times for the housekeeping to come and changed our towels. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Please be aware hotel is under major construction (which we found out on arrival). Rooms will be loud from 9am-4pm. Pool is open, gym is not available unless u go to another hotel. 2 of our hotel towels were not clean, (Looked like smeared blood stains). I requested a quiet room away from elevator but the lady placed our room right infront of it. Pool staff is very friendly, front desk staff mostly friendly. Overall hotel felt like the low point of our vacation due to its condition.excellent location thou

So much to do on the property and around the property! So many activities included within the hotel stay free hula classes free lei making classes with aunty she is so sweet and has so many wonderful stories….4x back at the hotel because of all the amenities and will definitely be back for a 5th stay
