All is good

Very clean and polite stafg

Since I’m staying for six nights on a business trip, it would be better if the breakfast options were more different each day for long-term travelers.

Very clean and nice hotel. Reception was very polite as well. Will consider staying again if needed. Thank you!

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is good and quiet.

staff is helpful, room is clean and comfortable.

Staff are polite and room condition is great. The kids enjoyed their stay here.

Service was fantastic, though a little old and the carpet could use some cleaning, but everything else is great at the hotel.

direct bus from Taichung HSR station and stops in front of the hotel. Breakfast is good. Room is clean.

It is in a quiet neighbourhood but close to the train station

Reading the review here with regards to the place are all very accurate. Experience them first hand at the hotel make my whole family in awe. We were greeted with wide smile, luggage were taken care of, concierge staff check with us on our trip agenda and providing us a very quick and easy navigation map around the areas. They provided us recommendation as well as travel tours booking. The breakfast provided over the course of 3 days were fabulous and very local. Something my family look upon...

Good breakfast spread. Hotel room is clean and spacious too. Hotel's location is very convenient as it is within walking distance to the local's night market.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Love the bathroom most! It's big, clean and offers integrated hygiene air exchange system, toilet seat warmer etc. However, the hotel may want to consider offering paid early check-in option and a safer luggage storage area. Wanted to pay for early check-in at noon but was not allowed. Was told to leave our luggage at the back staircase area with no security or recording by the staff. Anyone can just open and take the luggage.
