The staff was great, especially Rubin. The location, across the street from Park Mall, is great. But the plumbing needs maintenance. The hot water was not consistent, but not as important in the hot weather year round here, and my first room did not have a p-trap under the bathroom sink. The staff did there best to address my concerns. If they fix this things I'll stay here again.

Safe, clean and less crowded. They had breakfast for a fee. Staff are friendly and helped us move to another room since the room we had was smelly coming from the A/C like a dead mice just died smells; we were relocated to a diff room

"One employee was talking behind my back, laughing at me because of my haircut. And said, she was laughing at someone else! I speak the dialect/ language. Im not stupid, she was ignorant! Wifi was not the best, expires after few hours. Food was either salty or bland."
