"We were expecting face washing towels, milk for coffee(there was no coffee 8n the room). The room was simply too small. We expected better room facilities e.g. iron board and iron, and a table and chairs instead if one sofa. We had to wait in turn to sit. I expected more facilities based on the price we paid. Otherwise, service was good,not exceptional."
