"When we arrived at the hotel they did not have our booking in their system and looked very surprised to see anyone there. We were the only guests at the entire hotel, but they still did not have a room available for us at 3.30pm when we arrived. We got our room at 4.30pm but was told we should wait 1 hour with using the private pool as they had just put in the chlorine. The rooms are a bit messy and dusty. "Absolutely incredible stay at The White Villas, I will stay here every time I come back to Ubud. Beautiful villa, grounds, staff and breakfast. We stayed in the villa closest to the pool with 3 young children and it was perfect. It is a quiet street and area however super walkable to the market and all areas in Central Ubud. It is down a long alleyway without car access (we managed easily with a 2 year old though). Staff are incredible, and food was great. "

"The pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s a beautiful serene hotel in the heart of the rainforest. Our villa had an infinity pool which was beautiful and the outdoor hotel infinity pools were also phenomenal. We couldn’t get into the spa as it was booked out but that would have been excellent too. We had an amazing time at this resort and the service was phenomenal. "
