"The staffs are great and accommodating. I booked a room for my elderly mum and wasn’t aware that it’s at end of the building (this place is huge) and need to walk up some stairs. She got upgraded to a studio which is just a short walk to all the restaurants and front entry, for 3 nights and no charges. ..."

The upstairs is completly open and we had to have all doors locked to keep the air conditioning in and the constant burning/smoke out, ..."
