Our room on the 5th floor was beautifully decorated, and the entire hotel has such a great vibe with fantastic amenities - especially the rooftop pool and amazing staff. Breakfast is à la carte, and wow… we still talk about how good the food was. Truly one of the best hotel options in the area. Highly recommended"

"The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool the spa and the restaurant was fantastic. There was a small mistake; massage charged to our account that we did not receive. Once we noticed they were happy to refund and the money was returned straight away, they were very apologetic. The grounds were so beautiful. We went in off season so it was very quiet. There is a fantastic restaurant just up the street called ‘sacred rice’ it was also amazing. Would recommend. Would return :) "

"One of the best service experiences that we have ever had. My wife needed a wheelchair, that was furnished one at no charge, and our room moved to the ground floor. We took advantage of their Balinese cooking class and were delighted by the staff and the results. Even our departure was excellent! The hotel staff contacted the transfer company to ensure that the driver allowed sufficient time to meet our flight and provided us with a box breakfast due to our early departure. The facilities were beautiful, but the service ........ Sublime!"
