excellent hotel in strategic location. but too bad the breakfast was not to my liking. probably that's just me and that's not a deal breaker!

The perfect get-away, it was our second time returning to the property and it was just as amazing as ever. The staff's detail to attention and pride in their work really shines through.

The staff were all excellent. All were very well trained and made the stay very pleasurable. The upkeep of the facilities were to a very high standard. The restaurants were very good. The rooms were sizable and to a good standard. Only thing i'd say is the upgrade to a partial sea view is not worth it, the standard rooms with facilities probably have nicer views. Highly recommend and will plan to go again.

Oberoi Bali was one of the BEST resorts my husband and I have ever stayed at. It was excellent in every way. Most notably, the grounds are large and peaceful and authentic to Balinese culture. It is right in front of the beach which is lovely. The food was outstanding and was a mix of Indonesian cuisine and European. The staff were so friendly and anticipated our every need. It is a bit pricey but worth every penny! My husband and I will be back soon!

Hotel staff was very attentive to our needs. Service was fast including room service. We were upgraded to another room at night when the air conditioning in our room wasn't working. Basically, the hotel staff took a lot of effort to prepare to move us for our best comfort although it was late at night.

It was a fantastic stay! The staffs were friendly and the services they provided were great!! They even surprised us with a birthday cake and sang my boyfriend birthday song. Definitely made our stay with them unforgettable. Will definitely be back again!

We went to The Mulia (suites) for our honeymoon. The service was impeccable. All staff from front desk to security greeted us during our stay with a smile. They have tight security to ensure that exclusivity for the suites and villas guests are maintained in the various compound - which we enjoyed for the quietness. The meals we had in the resort e.g. the buffet at the Cafe and the ala carte buffet at the Villa and the Mulia consists of wide varieties and of good standard. Even the room service...

The staff were service oriented, very hospitable from the start and checking in via WhatsApp for our needs/questions and also for a smooth arrival/departure. The room does not have a tv but that wasn’t a concern for us just something to take note. It is really big and clean, the bathtub was amazing as well though the water may not remain hot to fill it completely. There are so many resorts to choose from in Bali. I did my homework and chose Laguna because of the quiet beach, beach dining (Arwana Restaurant) and the lagoon access rooms. How cool to walk off your private balcony into the lagoon. Upon arrival in Bali we passed 3 inspection points before arriving in our hotel lobby. Puri Dajuma is a beautiful place. The gardens are particularly stunning. All rooms are steps from the beach, which stretches for miles in both directions. Besides local fisherman and a few others and the other tourists from the resort, you won’t see many other people. It’s the ultimate getaway in Bali, for the time being until it gets more popular. This place is heave, definitely will come back again. Hopefully the hotel can make the rock bar more exclusive to hotel guest
