Oberoi Bali was one of the BEST resorts my husband and I have ever stayed at. It was excellent in every way. Most notably, the grounds are large and peaceful and authentic to Balinese culture. It is right in front of the beach which is lovely. The food was outstanding and was a mix of Indonesian cuisine and European. The staff were so friendly and anticipated our every need. It is a bit pricey but worth every penny! My husband and I will be back soon!

The staff were all excellent. All were very well trained and made the stay very pleasurable. The upkeep of the facilities were to a very high standard. The restaurants were very good. The rooms were sizable and to a good standard. Only thing i'd say is the upgrade to a partial sea view is not worth it, the standard rooms with facilities probably have nicer views. Highly recommend and will plan to go again.

We went to The Mulia (suites) for our honeymoon. The service was impeccable. All staff from front desk to security greeted us during our stay with a smile. They have tight security to ensure that exclusivity for the suites and villas guests are maintained in the various compound - which we enjoyed for the quietness. Lovely rooms with classy finishes and toiletries. Small but nice pool, great landscaping. Manager on site Putu was friendly and accommodating. Only negatives were no bottled water, no coffee/tea sachets provided until we requested specifically. Also a hit overpriced for a place about 10 mins walk to beach given that for same price we could easily have stayed on the beach with breakfast included.

We just had a six-night stay at the Pavilions Bali two bedroom pool villa. Staff were genuinely warm and helpful, it made us feel so welcomed. The villa grounds are a nice and quiet retreat from the buzz of Sanur. The breakfast is served in the villa with a good variety of options to choose from. There are so many resorts to choose from in Bali. I did my homework and chose Laguna because of the quiet beach, beach dining (Arwana Restaurant) and the lagoon access rooms.
