STAY HERE!!!! I cannot say enough amazing things! The room was beautiful and the location was fabulous! But what really set this hotel above all was the INCREDIBLE STAFF!!!! Their kindness and thoroughness was beyond belief. From planning perfect day trips to amazing meals and even helping with some unexpected incidents, they were amazing! They even memorized my daily morning coffee order!

Thank you for the amazing stay, the people at the entrance for taking care of my luggage and providing me transport, the friendly welcoming people at reception, the great service at the pool, and great food as well as the great service at breakfast and amzing breakfast options, the 2 ladies of the massage which I had twice and was of high quality., the people cleaning,;servicing and decorating my room which made me feel at home! Great hotel, easy to get around Ubud from Kamadalu using Grab bikes and rides. Staff were great, excellent service. Nice and quiet when we went. There were lots of bugs around, as expected for this region.
