The hotel is not overstated, and has great energy. Staff really friendly and cute - other guests nice too. Some really great views, fantastic free yoga and an amazing spa in the forest. Also love Ubud - very spiritual and artistic area. Traffic a grind but that's the whole of Bali for you, especially at xmas

We had a valley pool villa and it was amazing. The views from our pool were gorgeous and the room itself was just as nice. The staff were the best though and even remembered our names. A little outside from downtown ubud but they have a complimentary shuttle service that gets you downtown. Great place to stay in ubud.

This was the best service I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. My husband and I became sick during our stay and the staff went above and beyond taking us to the hospital, translating communication with doctors, driving us when and where we needed, brought us water/food to feel better. I could not be happier with our experience. We needed up cancelling the accommodations we had booked later in our trip to stay here longer because we felt so comfortable and well taken care of here.

One of the most stunning hotels I’ve ever stayed at! Gorgeous forest views, rooms that were spacious and spotless, and delicious complimentary breakfast with an excellent variety of options. We loved the outdoor rainforest showers, the infinity pool, and the forest swing. Also enjoyed a massage and flower bath at the spa. The staff everywhere are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to provide impeccable service. Important to note - this is not an accessible resort, there are steep stone stairs everywhere. A perfect option for a romantic getaway or a unique family trip. The hotel also has a shuttle to and from town and Ubud is definitely worth exploring. If you’re tired of beach resorts, definitely check this place out!
