Villas in Ubud

"The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. That included reception, housekeeping, restaurant and spa staff. The only thing I would suggest is to brief staff as to the amenities and small things like shuttle times (some had no idea the hotel had a gym and others had no idea when the shuttle pick up times were from Ubud. Not a major issue at all and more than made up by the helpful and willing nature of the entire team. The hotel is approx 3 klms out of the Ubud hub which means it is a much quieter location and the hourly shuttle made getting in and out exceptionally easy. The room we had was just awesome. Whilst we were tempted to go for the pool villa, I'm glad we didn't. The resort pool was brilliant and with the waterfall, made all that much more pleasant. All in all - Great Hotel, Brilliant staff and Five *s from us :)"
