"We had such a great time! The staff were all lovely and helpful (especially the coffee ladies at Grand Cafe and the young bloke Adaty? at Jukung Grill). All the food was great. Lazy River was a lot of fun. Themed dinners were great (especially the cabaret dancers). Room service team were awesome (Fery’s towel dog was so cute - we were missing our puppy and it made our day!) - highly recommend"
