"The hotel’s location is convenient but set back from the street so it’s quiet. Its garden and pool areas are beautiful. The staff are very friendly especially Putu, who is so helpful with arranging drivers, etc. The room is also spacious and comfortable and everything works. I especially love the many windows and balcony seating. It offers us so much relaxation and privacy. I also really enjoyed watching the offering ceremony in the morning. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting...

"Loved the pool has table and 4 chairs to sit drink eat etc,loved the massage room with massage table and spa, loved my massages ordered thru hotel, big outdoor projector to view at night only, tvs in room, reception front desk staff very informative and if they are not sure they will check and let you know asap, staff were amazing yo my son,downsides, pool burns on my 6 year old, no microwave, no kettle/jug to make your own coffee tea during the day or night... overall I would come back here...

"The guesthouse is new, needed a portable charger outlet to charge has not been upadated. The staff are attentive, helpful and polite. The room is clean, spacious and comfortable. "

"Room was not clean felt completely off, handed the keys back to the employee after being there for 1hr recommend the owners put up to date photos of room so people know what there gonna get, there was small smudges of Red stuff on the walls and sheets. There is a reason why its cheap non refundable, and there was no ladder into the pool as in photos."
