"Came here from Oz for 5 days. All eating and communal areas of the hotel were very clean and tidy, as was our room. Room had a good TV, a safe, a kettle and a small bar fridge. Internet was Ok most of the time. Breakfasts were great, and amazing value. The gym was small...4 - 5 people max, but not busy when we stayed. The gym was the only place that we didn't see cleaners, but it's not dirty by a long shot. Be sure to check out the infinity pool and bar next to the gym. The main pool was great for some laps! Warung Bamboo serves a decent coffee, and the meals we had were good too. Location wise, there were quality restaurants, local warungs and convenience stores all less than 1k in either direction. The staff were all amazing - from Desi, Yora, Aylsa (?!) on reception through to all the poolside, cleaning and breakfast staff. Friendly, attentive, super helpful and not over bearing. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Would stay again for sure."
