Room was not that clean, some taps were not working in the bathroom, stains on the sofa. Breakfast was great everyday👍, liked the heritage of the resort. Would love to go back and stay there with much cleaner rooms.

Lovely resort, great pool and beach area. Great for families. Loved the gardens and sense of space plus focus on Balinese culture which sets this hotel apart from the other chain hotels which are more generic in style. The one complaint would be the costs of beers and food in this hotel is a bit more than others. Alot of guests seemed to be on all inclusive packages which didnt seem good value to me unless you like to eat and drink alot.

Very nice premises and gardens. One of the nicest hotels we have stayed at. Well designed and kept in traditional style. Staff very gentile and friendly. It's possible to do walks alongside the beach. Food could have been better and cheaper
