It was a fantastic stay! The staffs were friendly and the services they provided were great!! They even surprised us with a birthday cake and sang my boyfriend birthday song. Definitely made our stay with them unforgettable. Will definitely be back again!

There are so many resorts to choose from in Bali. I did my homework and chose Laguna because of the quiet beach, beach dining (Arwana Restaurant) and the lagoon access rooms. How cool to walk off your private balcony into the lagoon. Upon arrival in Bali we passed 3 inspection points before arriving in our hotel lobby. We were greeted warmly and resorted to a beautiful lounge area for 1 on 1 personal check in with complimentary juice beverage and warm hand towels. Then our butler escorted us...

My daughter (12) loved the kids club. Staff very friendly and they play great music at the bar:-). Excellent breakfast buffet. Will come back one day.

Enjoyed the stay and environment very much. We may consider getting the all inclusive pass for the next stay so that we can have access to the all the sea sports.

Hotel and staff were amazing...location of the hotel was unsatisfactory at best for travelers who want to explore or check out beautiful beaches. If you're a family just wanting pool time then this is a great pick. Massages, restaurants, and shopping are all a 10 minute walk away...the view from the pool was amazing but once you reach the beach you quickly realize there is nowhere to wonder. This is a jetstar airline hotel for pilots and stewardesses so a one night stay is perfect for that...

Impeccable service. Room aircon was very cold though - even at 27 degrees. The balcony had a day bed which had stains on it. But still, overall a pleasant stay.
