It is beautifully designed with a truly Zen atmosphere. The staff is extremely attentive and willing to help with any issues, making your stay as welcoming as possible. "Beautiful resort grounds. Staff are very helpful. Breakfast bar had really good food. Lunch was just ok. Nearby Japanese restaurant is delicious and within walking distance. Beach club was nice although the water is too rough for small kids. Lots of waves making it difficult for little ones to swim. Great beach amenities. They also allowed us to stay at the resort after checkout to enjoy the amenities and gym showers before our late flights. They stored our luggage for us during this time. The rooms have been well used and could use some refreshing but overall was a nice place."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton, with spacious and modern rooms that were comfortable and well presented. However, we felt the hotel lacked daily activities to keep guests engaged, which made the experience feel a bit limited compared to other resorts. The pricing was also quite high coffee at $9 AUD, cocktails around $20-25 AUD, and even bottled water at $10 AUD felt excessive. The kids club was more suited to younger children and appeared somewhat run down, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, while the property has its strengths, we feel that for the price point there are better value options available in Nusa Dua and Jimbaran."
