"Great staff and food. We unfortunately left a lost item and the hotel went to extra efforts to send by postal mail to our Americas address. Fantastic efforts to return the lost items for which we are very thankful. This was our second time staying a week or more and will certainly stay during a future trip to Bali!"

"Our stay at the Grand Mirage Resort Bali was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with true Balinese hospitality and warmth. The resort itself is stunning, featuring incredible amenities, a beautiful beachfront, and a relaxing, family-friendly atmosphere that made our holiday truly special. A special shout-out must go to Kevin at the front office. Kevin was extremely helpful, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. He made our check-in seamless, answered all our questions with a genuine smile, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Outstanding service like his really sets Grand Mirage apart! Every detail of our stay was handled with care, from the lovely accommodations to the great dining and pool facilities. We couldn't have asked for a better getaway in Bali and will definitely be back. High recommendations for anyone looking for a memorable holiday!"

"This resort is in a prime location, food and beverage are delicious and well priced (even for a resort!) and compared to others around here. Beautiful beach (although it can be rough. Close to nusa dua town for other dining options. The staff are the highlight, nothing is too much for them and they go above and beyond to make our stay so wonderful. From breakfast staff, to cleaning, bar and wait staff. They are all so friendly and accomodating."
