"This is a must stay resort! Everything was perfect from their airport transfer to checking in (we had a late check in at 11pm, was so smooth). The rooms are beautiful and so quiet, if you are looking for quiet and no construction noise this is your place! The food was great and it was so easy to get around to all the different restaurants and pools within the resort. Everything was easy to book via the app, the activities are a must and the spa is amazing!"

"Beautiful and calm resort with extremely lovely and helpful staff. Great food and drinks. Cleaning staff are great and very thorough - I would just recommend that the mosquito nets around the beds are taken down and washed on a regular basis as they didn’t seem clean. I had a lovely massage, unfortunately a guest from a neighbouring hotel had a drone and was using it to watch my message! Not the fault of the hotel and they were shocked by what happened but I would suggest that the spa area is made private for the privacy and dignity of guests."

"The ambience of the resort is authenticity Balinese, with lovely gardens. The pool is nice, but the change rooms next to it aren't. The beach is so close, with lounges for free for guests. The restaurant is nice except the ceiling has water damage. The food wasn't great - for example, the croissant and Danish pastry at breakfast were stale. Same with the toasted tuna sandwich at lunch. However the Mie Goreng for dinner was nice."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Le Méridien Bali Jimbaran and truly enjoyed every part of our experience! Everything was excellent — the rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The food and drinks were delicious, and the service throughout the entire hotel was outstanding. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and professional. Every request we had was taken care of almost immediately, which really made us feel well looked after throughout our stay. A very special thank you to Erika, who took care of us during our stay. She was incredibly attentive, kind, responsive, and genuinely caring. She always made sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her warm personality and exceptional level of service made our experience even more memorable. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would absolutely stay here again. "I had a wonderful stay at Infinity8 Bali and would highly recommend it. The service throughout my visit was exceptional, with all staff being attentive, kind, and genuinely helpful. A special thank you to Mr. Folkes, who went above and beyond, especially during Silent Day. Due to my special dietary requirements, he personally arranged for the kitchen to prepare something suitable for me, which was absolutely delicious and greatly appreciated. I also booked a massage, scrub and facial at the hotel spa by Ms. Nungki. She did an excellent job and I felt incredibly relaxed afterwards. During the treatment, I experienced a cramp in my foot, but she noticed immediately and helped resolve it straight away. She suggested a forward bend stretch, which worked amazingly well. Her attentiveness and professionalism made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, the staff truly made my stay memorable. Their warmth, care, and attention to detail made all the difference. I would definitely stay here again. 🌴✨ "
