"Breakfast was great. Difficult to get staff’s attention for coffee. Beach Bar has attentive staff and good drinks. Service on the beach was difficult. You have to find staff and flag them down; they do not proactively come around to check. They do not start serving until 11:00. Not great if you go to the beach before 10 and would like coffee or a juice. "

"Amazing resort! Not sure where to start….literally everyone was incredibly nice and helpful, the resort was beautiful, the spa was relaxing, the food was good and prices were very reasonable. We ate at the restaurant daily - beyond the free breakfast - and had champagne and beer delivered to our villa (enjoying it by our private pool) and it didn’t break the budget. We’ve gone to a lot of wonderful places but this is one we’ll go to again, and again, and again."

"This is a reasonable enough middle range hotel. Pleasant staff as usual. Don't expect fluffy white towels or plush pillows though - these could certainly be replaced. Pillows lumpy and towels discoloured.Rooms near pool can be a bit noisy but this is not the fault of the hotel. Included breakfast adequate but not remarkable and the same can be said of the à la carte menu. The main problem is the location as nothing of much interest in walking distance. "

"This is an absolutely beautiful and welcoming property. I have traveled all over the world and this hotel is about the best I have ever stayed at. The staff is wonderful, the town of Sanur is interesting, and the gardens at the hotel are gorgeous. It is the closest thing to paradise"
