Their people makes the difference. I hope next time they put my room next to the lift.

Upin arrival our room was upgraded for free as the hotel was mostly empty. However the last two nights of our stay it was populated by a local school group and despite complaining to the staff about noise levels there was roudiness and noise until 01:00 am. Very suprising-

The cleanliness, the staff and overwralk experience was relaxing.

Nice, room facing the pool. but the water of the "fountain" on the window is bit dirty. bit distance to walk to the beach but should not be a problem to those who enjoy walking. Or just grab a gojek :D

Staff were amazing and friendly, only issue was discoloration on one sheet (looked like they tried to bleach areas) definitely would stay again!

Location is very central, walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants There is a Chemist, supermarket, money exchange and laundry mat close by. We were very happy and enjoyed our time. The room was extremely small but suitable for one night stop over other than it wasn’t clean. Stained bedding. Shower wouldn’t drain away and floods the bathroom.
