"The whole place was a manicured oasis. Very impressive but staff members Arya (Jnr) and Dewar were amazing to us. Nothing was any trouble, sometimes they just stopped for a chat and helped us undedrstand about Balinese culter by answering our questions. First time at the Padma and I'm already trying to switch my July 2026 accomodation to go back to the Padma. Thanks for a great stay. "

"DO NOT STAY HERE The photo of this hotel has to be at least 10 years old. The alley to the hotel is unsafe we knew we would not walk that alley at night. Check in greeted us with everything we would be charged for, lost card, room checked prior to letting us leave. It was insulting and turned me off right away. Please remove “all inclusive” from the description. We were charged for everything. They do not speak English very well. The staff repeats your meal order 5 times. Once or twice okay. Five times!. The rooms are full of black mold I have photos to prove it. The free buffet has bugs crawling all over the food. I have photos. Expedia we no longer trust you. Plus,where is the promised credit. Will you add dishonesty to this horrible experience as well. "
