I had a wonderful stay at Away Bali Resort. The hotel is in a great location- easy access to the beach and shopping areas around Legian. The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. The rooms are always cleaned to a high standard. The breakfast is fantastic- a lot of choice and I especially enjoyed the Indonesian style options and the fabulous espresso coffee. I loved the two pools at the resort and staff were always on standby to provide cold drinks at poolside. The best thing I feel about the resort was the staff- I cannot speak highly enough of them; friendly, polite, helpful, kind, professional, always smiling and they were always wanting to assist and make my stay comfortable. Any issue at all was quickly resolved and the customer liaison, Suci, would follow up to ensure the issue had been resolved and that I was happy. Excellent service! Thank you for a very comfortable and relaxing stay, I will be back!

We are so pleased that we booked to stay at ‘Away’ as the hotel was fabulous and cannot fault the staff as they were all so friendly and wanting to make sure that your stay was perfect. From checking in to checking out - fantastic! We had a deluxe room with a balcony overlooking the pool area and the room was so spacious, the bed was huge and so, so comfortable. We had water left in our rooms every morning with the clean, which again was excellent. The air conditioning in the room was excellent and kept you very comfortable, day and night. The breakfast each morning was very good. Again you were made to feel very welcome and we always managed to get a table whatever time we went down. We used the pool near the Beach Bar for sunbathing and the infinity pool is lovely and again, the staff there were fabulous. A special mention to Suci the Guest Relations officer who was an amazing lady, always smiling and having a chat with you. We will certainly be back next year and look forward to seeing ‘our Away friends’ again.

The adjoining room that we had with another family next to us kid was very noisy kept knocking on the door especially very early in the morning we got asked to move to another room which they accommodated pretty promptly which was great to see also breakfast was pretty average could have been a bit better for a four-star resort also the gym area very small and not very accommodating especially for people that actually training use weights rather than that the staff were great the resort is situated in a great area very close to everything and was very clean we'll consider staying again at some stage if the price is right I think was a bit expensive for what it is
