excellent hotel in strategic location. but too bad the breakfast was not to my liking. probably that's just me and that's not a deal breaker!

Great staff and wonderful location and venue

Staff at reception was great; with beautiful room facing the pool and forest; clean & large room & bathroom. Hotel is abit far from Ubud main town but the friendly complimentary shuttle private transport more than compensate for this.

We had a delightful time at this resort - the staff were consistently considerate and helpful and anxious to assist. The hotel meals were great, with excellent ambience. The accomodation was very comfortable - luxurious rooms, with wonderful views. We loved the place, and the people! Although the place was a little isolated (the drive to Ubud was 30 minutes or so), that was what we wanted - to get away from it all, in the peaceful surroundings of the quiet forests all around. The staff were all excellent. All were very well trained and made the stay very pleasurable. The upkeep of the facilities were to a very high standard. The restaurants were very good. The rooms were sizable and to a good standard. Only thing i'd say is the upgrade to a partial sea view is not worth it, the standard rooms with facilities probably have nicer views. Highly recommend and will plan to go again.

The service was great, the staff always had a smile for us and was very accommodating. Breakfast was excellent, the room was well appointed and the location of the hotel is superb. It has beach access and access to a great walkway that stretches for about 5km and makes for excellent running in the morning. Highly recommend for a family vacation!

Amazing room provided from Bandha Hotels and Resort. Everything went perfectly smooth and beyond expectations. Level of service is amazing, great features such as pool bar, Jacuzzi in bedroom. Even the hotel breakfast is surprising excellent. Strongly recommend to all others.

Gatot, Nina and their team were lovely. 2nd time at this hotel and with all the options many new springing up in Bali every few months, we still chose to return and were not disappointed. Trans has some of the best in the hotel management industry and we really appreciate the fact that they constantly try to maintain or improve the standard. Service was great, staff very attentive.

the hotel is a little hard to find (it's in a small alleyway) but it's very near all the main sights in kuta. The location is superb, smack in the middle of everything...but despite that, the minute you step into the compound, the chaos and noise melts away.

Great experience, one of the best hotels in Kuta. Breakfast had a good spread of continental and Asian cuisine. Wifi was not so great at the restaurants and one of the elevator to my room had some issues. Pleasant stay. Highly recommended.
