It was a fantastic stay! The staffs were friendly and the services they provided were great!! They even surprised us with a birthday cake and sang my boyfriend birthday song. Definitely made our stay with them unforgettable. Will definitely be back again!

We went to The Mulia (suites) for our honeymoon. The service was impeccable. All staff from front desk to security greeted us during our stay with a smile. They have tight security to ensure that exclusivity for the suites and villas guests are maintained in the various compound - which we enjoyed for the quietness. The meals we had in the resort e.g. the buffet at the Cafe and the ala carte buffet at the Villa and the Mulia consists of wide varieties and of good standard. Even the room service...

We came to Samabe as a couple for some beach time after a few days in Ubud. The hotel was very comfortable with big rooms and beautiful, unobstructed views of the open sea. The views from the infinity pools were beautiful also. The beach is private and nice, but a long walk down many stairs and the sand/cleanliness could have been better. We walked on the beach a few times, but enjoyed the pool more. We thought the food and breakfast were also very good, as well as the unlimited free fruit juice...

Nice villa, spacious rooms, perfect for a big family vacation. The stuffs at the hotel are all super nice and helpful. Only downside is the beach is a little far, about 20mins walk. Overall we had a lovely time, thank you all.

There are so many resorts to choose from in Bali. I did my homework and chose Laguna because of the quiet beach, beach dining (Arwana Restaurant) and the lagoon access rooms. How cool to walk off your private balcony into the lagoon. Upon arrival in Bali we passed 3 inspection points before arriving in our hotel lobby. We were greeted warmly and resorted to a beautiful lounge area for 1 on 1 personal check in with complimentary juice beverage and warm hand towels. Then our butler escorted us...

Had a really enjoyable stay at Renaissance; service staff and cleanliness of the place were great, as was the provided hotel breakfast. Only negative was that the lap pool had some loose/broken tiles which might be a safety concern, so hopefully that is addressed by the hotel maintenance swiftly

They upgraded the room which was plus as it was close to beach. Staff is pleasant and helpful Indian vegetarian breakfast available at Ganesha restaurant. Inside Nusa dua itdc secure zone with private beach. Definitely worth it Well maintained garden and beach front. Do note that the property looks slightly dated but overall no complaints

We had a geeat stay in the hotel. It is cozy and the villa is amazing. Rooms were clean and the staff are very accomodating and friendly.
