"We had a wonderful stay at Aksaray Hotel. The hotel itself and the surrounding views were absolutely beautiful. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was the outstanding staff.
Ayu was especially kind and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She organized everything quickly and perfectly, making sure we had the best experience possible. It truly felt like a real friend was taking care of us. Thanks to her, our trip was smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free.

"This place was gorgeous and truly the best place we stayed in Bali. The room is incredible, with a private infinity pool and beautiful views of the jungle and valley. Tons of birdwatching and monkeys in the distance. Staff were kind and responsive and friendly. We loved it. The massages at the spa were amazing, and the resort even had an Indian restaurant! My partner is Indian and said the food was so excellent. Overall would 100% return for a longer stay."

"This was such a unique place to stay! The owners were really sweet. The meals tho simple, were very delicious. I’m not gonna lie, I thought it was closer to ubud when I booked, it was quite a distance. I don’t regret it, it was quiet and really awesome. We rode bikes into the village and to the waterfall. "The villa is so remote area far from ubud town driving have to take twenty minutes to reach. facilitie a bit old furniture and electrical appliances must replace hygiene towel and bedsheets not in white colour is time to change."

"Had the pleasure of staying at the TS suites in Seminyak for our 3rd wedding anniversary. Nothing was too much for the staff on hand. Lovely people , great food and rooms , fantastic facilities , close to shopping area and only 10 min walk to the beach bars and fantastic restaurants !!! Highly recommended. "

"리조트 너무 예쁘고 매우 깨끗해서 너무 좋어요 !! 우붓 다른 숙소는 샤워기 필터 금방 더러워졌는데 여기서는 깨끗해서 마음 놓고 씻을 수 있어서 좋았고 물도 계속 주시고 직원분들도 너무 친절하셔요 ayu 님 엄청엄청 친절하셔서 기분이 좋아졌습니당!!! 체크아웃하고 고젝 불렀는데 추가요금 붙을까봐 ayu 가 직접 기사님이랑 통화도 해주셨어요 !!

"The hotel/resort lobby is modern and clean. Pool is spacious. Gym sufficient to get a quick workout in. Concierge team is helpful in booking tours and renting motorbikes and suggesting nearby restaurants; glad to hear their recommendations. Breakfast was great with so much variety to choose from and tasty- that deserves praise. Room flooring may not be the most modern, but all the equipment works well and maintained. Very comfortable bedding and good air conditioning. Ema from front desk was helpful and patient with our inquiries- shoutout to her. "
