"The Kayon Jungle Resort was AMAZING! They exceeded all expectations, from the food to the views everything was perfect. The staff are super friendly/ humble and go above and beyond to meet all your needs. I will definitely be back for a future visit and recommend anyone that hasn’t already to add this place to their bucket list it is a must! "

"I loved my stay at SereS! The resort is beautiful and conveniently located (although location was less relevant for me because the tours I booked had direct hotel pickup and drop off). I had a five night stay here, which is quite a while, and I felt at home at SereS - the staff truly make the place and I didn't want to leave. My room was large and gorgeous and clean and the massage therapists are really great - I had several services at the spa over the course of my time at SereS. I want to specially shout out Sari, Mundari, and Trisna at the spa as well as Sunjayar, my room attendant, the staff who always dropped off my dinner when I ordered in-room dining (which was almost daily) and the staff at the restaurant, who knew me by name at some point because I would go for breakfast every morning. Hospitality in Bali is exceptional pretty much everywhere and SereS is no exception - five stars for this resort and its staff, I would totally recommend! Thank you to everyone! "

"The staff were extremely welcoming. They catered to our every needs. They knew it was my wife's birthday, so they decorated our bed with roses and petals, which spelt happy birthday and my wife's name. They even gave us some chocolates. Throughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. "
