Beautiful rooms, in a brand new hotel with an attractive layout. The landscaping and greenery portray an atypical 5star hotel, which we found to be very comforting and appealing.

Staying at the Andaz was an enjoyable experience, the staff were amazingly attentive aleays polite and friendly. Very clean settings and well presented, the added benefit of 5 restaurants on site also helped. The only downside was it appeared everything closed at 2200hrs not sure if this has been caused due to covid. If i am ever back in Bali it will be my first choice hotel.

This is the first time we have stayed at the Andaz. We live in Bali so are very familiar with hotels and expectations, particularly for 5 star hotels. This hotel is beautifully designed. The rooms are new, well appointed and smell beautiful - not always the case in Bali. Beds are so comfortable. Rooms are a 5 star. Gardens are stunning, Staff are 5 star - food unfortunately is 1 star. Its far to Indonesian orientated - fried fried food! For kids its appalling - not even a simple pasta offered. Its awful unhealthy fried foods for kids. This is not at all acceptable. For adults its not much better. I have a number of food intolerances so my diet is not always easy, BUT for a 5 star international hotel to have this appalling food options is a 1 star- Until there is a total revamp of the menus, much less Indonesian fried food, and much more western healthy, standard basic menu items, sadly we wont be staying here again. There is an old saying - less is more. In this case, Andaz have attempted to fancy up standard menu items, with an Indonesia flare and its not good. In fact, I barely ate for 2 days.
