The staff, the food, the room, and the facilities are awesome and the people are very friendly. Our flight was delayed and had late check in but the room was ready when we needed. The communication was wonderful, and they had a quick response to fulfil your needs for your booking. Yes, the finishing outside the building looks tired and needs more maintenance, for me, the friendly staff, management and facilities earn five ✨
