"Room was not cleaned until our 5th night (we had to ask for it be cleaned) had to ask for toilet roll , only had two towels. Had star bed sheets and flower pillows. Full kitchen with not a single utensil. Staff did not speak good english at all. Would only recommend if you are staying for one night. "

"Had to book into this hotel as we booked another hotel which was no longer open irem is very outdated poor communication with staff no entertainment so boring in the evening. The food was not a huge choice and flies around the food so not very appealing no deserts or ice cream. Shop on site no longer exists. The worker was also rude with us when we didn’t want massage. This hotel needs closing and updating we won’t be returning "

"Had a fantastic stay for family of 4. Great options for everyone. Food and service were great. Lots to do. Even though the hotel was full, it didn’t feel it given lots of space and there was no rush for sun beds etc. very relaxing atmosphere. Staff very friendly and attentive. Big shout out to the staff including Muhut (sp) of the entertainment team and Mohammed thr pool Server - great service all week! The a la carte restaurants were fantastic. We had ab amazing family holiday. Only suggestions would be to modernise the rooms and increase the number of water slides and heat the main pool in October. Also a dedicated sports bar area would be really welcome too. "
